Arrival Protocol:
We kindly request that you refrain from arriving early for your appointment, as our seating capacity is limited. Additional time has been allotted between appointments to ensure thorough sanitization of all surfaces between clients.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy – General Guidelines:
Cancellation by You:
To maintain clarity and simplicity in our booking process, we adhere to a straightforward policy regarding appointment cancellations and rescheduling. Please note that utilizing social media platforms such as Facebook or Instagram is not considered an appropriate method for canceling or rescheduling appointments. Instead, please utilize our booking system. If that is not feasible, kindly contact us via telephone or email.
A minimum of 48-hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment will result in a full charge, with no refund provided.
Cancellation by Breathe Treatments:
In the unfortunate circumstance that we need to cancel your appointment, we will provide you with ample advance notice. Whenever possible, you will have the option to reschedule for a later date. If rescheduling is not feasible, a full refund will be issued.
Contraindications:
Massage therapy cannot be administered if you:
- Have consumed a heavy meal within two hours of your scheduled therapy session.
- Have ingested alcohol or non-prescription drugs before or immediately after the massage.
- Are experiencing extreme weakness or clinical exhaustion due to influenza or any viral illness.
- Have a high temperature or infectious disease, including contagious skin conditions.
- Suffer from serious medical conditions such as cancer, severe heart disorders, stomach ulcers, or other internal organ ailments.
- Have undergone major surgery within the last 12 months or minor surgery within the last 6 months.
- If you are pregnant, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide any treatments.
During your initial consultation, we will request you to complete a brief questionnaire to ensure we have a comprehensive understanding of any health-related concerns that may impact the massage treatment provided.
